2017 Second Semester Senior Exams

  1. Second Semester Senior Exams are scheduled on May 10th, May 11th, and May 12th.
  2. Exam schedules are posted on the Chaminade website.  
  3. Exam schedules are also posted in the Library.
  4. Regular dress code applies for all three exam days.
  5. Regular school guidelines apply.
  6. Students are to report to Mentor Group no later than 7:45 AM.
  7. Please note: Students who have been approved for extended time are to report directly to the 2nd floor of Juergens Hall.
  8. Morning Prayer and Attendance will be taken in Mentor Group.
  9. Seniors who do not have a first period exam (8:10 AM - 9:20 AM) are required to report to Mrs. C. Delaney in the Main Office prior to 9:30 AM. 
  10. There are two exams on each day.
  11. Students will move to their first exam at 8:00 AM.
  12. Students are to power off their cell phone and place it in their back pack before entering the exam room.
  13. Students arriving to their exam room with their laptop are required to log-in if they will be taking a digital exam.
  14. The first exam is scheduled from 8:05-9:35 AM.
  15. There is a five minute passing time between exams.
  16. The second exam is scheduled from 9:40-11:10 AM.
  17. Students MUST be punctual. Students arriving late to an exam room must report directly to the proctor for instructions.                              
  18. Students will be given instructions by their teacher as to what materials they need to bring to the exam room. Please note: Exams administered digitally require the student to bring their laptop computer to the exam room. No “loaners” will be issued on exam days.
  19. Students are to maintain silence for the duration of the exam.
  20. The Proctor/s will provide FULL supervision of the exam room.
  21. A student/s that disrupt/s the exam will be removed from the exam room. The Proctor will give the student/s a First Warning. If the student/s complies, he may remain. If a Second Warning occurs, the student/s is removed from the exam room.
  22. Students DO NOT walk around the exam room. If a student needs assistance, he is to raise his hand and the Proctor will approach him.
  23. Except for an emergency, students may not leave the exam room for any reason during the exam time.
  24. Students remain for the duration of the exam and are dismissed only by the Proctor.
  25. If a student completes his exam early, the student reviews his material for the next exam.
  26. No exam materials may be removed from the exam room.
  27. The last exam each day concludes at 11:10 AM.
  28. Senior Make-Up Exam Days are scheduled on Monday, May 15th and Tuesday, May 16th.  Seniors are to report to Room 213. Please note the scheduled exam times:  
    1st Make-Up Exam 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM
    Lunch 12:00 - 12:25 PM
    2nd Make-Up Exam 12:30 - 2:00 PM
