Incoming Freshmen Experiment With Summer Physics

Posted: June 21, 2017

Special acknowledgement to our young scholars who took up the challenge in studying physics over a five-week period.

The summer accelerated program recognizes high-performing 8th grade math and science students who demonstrate academic prowess, inherent talent and strong work ethic in both academic fields. Under the tutelage of Mr. Michael Johns, MS Chaminade Advanced Placement and Advanced College Credit Physics Instructor students are exposed to foundational physics concepts along with exciting laboratory work. “Rigorous, yet fun!” is how students describe their experience.

Congratulations to Andrew An, Nicholas Ebert, Kyle Johnson, Akash Nandakumar, Nicholas Ori, Simon Peistrup, Stephen Wheadon, Ethan Young, Quin Rizer, Ryan Jenks and their families!
