Chaminade Responds to Hurricane Harvey

Posted: September 1, 2017

Ever since Hurricane Harvey hit land, the Chaminade Family has been ardently praying for the masses of people affected by the storms. Now, in partnership with the Archdiocese of St. Louis, Chaminade College Preparatory School has decided to respond with a large charitable drive on Friday, September 8. The Marianist LIFE Community (MLC) will lead our efforts, starting with a mission collection for the student body on Friday morning. MLC students will also collect money during lunch shifts and at the football game in case any of our guests would like to donate. At the suggestion of the Archdiocese, all money collected will be given to Catholic Relief Services. Please join us in continuing to pray for the victims of Hurricane Harvey, and also feel free to join us in our charitable efforts on Friday, September 8. Checks can be made to Chaminade.
