Each senior is allocated 6 guest tickets. If you need more than 6 tickets, indicate the extra number of tickets you would like to have. If you plan to use less than 6 tickets, choose that number. You may also choose your allocated amount or less if you would like to share with others that you know are looking for extra tickets. Any tickets that are unclaimed will be for those on the extra ticket waitlist. You can always turn any unused ticket to the main office to add to that waitlist bucket.

If you purchased the Graduation Experience Auction package, there is no need to complete this form unless you will need accomodations.

Complete this form by April 22. If you do not complete the form you will get an envelope with the allocated amount of 6 tickets.

Ticket envelopes will be available for pick up in the Main Office starting on Monday, April 27, 7:15 am - 3:30 pm.

Special Accommodations Needed

(i.e. handicap seating) There are eight wheelchair spaces available. Handicap seating requires a ticket. If a guest has a need for handicap seating, parking, etc., please explain below.
