Class of 2025 - Senior and Graduation Activities
Graduation - Sunday, May 18, 2:30 p.m. - Skip Viragh Center

Ticket Info:
- Please RSVP for your 2025 Graduation Tickets and Special Accommodations
- Each senior will be allocated seven (7) tickets for their family. If more than seven are needed, you may request additional tickets. Extra ticket requests MUST be made by April 23 to be put on the ticket wait list. Families on the waitlist will receive up to two (2) tickets each unless more become available.
- If fewer than seven (7) tickets are needed for your family, you may either indicate the number needed on the RSVP form or you can claim your seven tickets and share any extras with others you know who may need them.
- Tickets not needed by families or those that are returned to main office if you know they won't be used will be allocated to families on the ticket wait list.
- Tickets are general admission seating with the exception of the auction purchased packages which will have reserved seating.
- We are limited to eight (8) wheelchair spots. If a family member requires wheelchair seating or other special accommodations, you may indicate on the RSVP form.
- Tickets will be available for pick up starting on Monday, April 28, 7:15 a.m.-3:30 p.m. in the Main Office.
Graduation Day Info:
- The Skip Viragh Center and Siefert Auditorium will open at 1:30 p.m.
- Tickets are required to enter the Siefert Auditorium.
- Graduates should report to the Atrium no later than 1:45 p.m.
- Dress code: White dress shirt, dress pants, dress socks and dress shoes, cap, gown, tassel, house cord and any honors cords/stoles. Must be clean shaven. Sport coats are NOT needed - they are not worn under graduation gowns.
- Ceremony should be completed by 4 p.m. Feel free to remain on campus for friend and family photos but graduation gowns, NHS stoles, house and honors cords MUST be returned to the Atrium prior to leaving campus. Graduates who have a Chinese Honor Cord and/or a PLTW stole may keep those. There will be a packet for each graduate to pick up upon return of these items. Graduates may keep their caps and tassels.
- For those who cannot attend in person, there will be a live feed of the graduation ceremony. The link will be provided in early May but it will not go live until the day of..

Graduation Requirements
Requirements in the following areas must be met in order to receive a Chaminade diploma. Parents will be contacted by Tuesday, May 6 to discuss any deficiencies and remediation efforts if needed. Seniors who do not meet these requirements are still invited to participate in the graduation ceremony but will be later awarded with their diploma once requirements have been met.
- Academics: A minimum of 30 academic credits, aligned to nine academic departments. Beth Dunlap, x1138
- Service: Senior service project and personal reflection presentation (due by April 25). Errol Christian, x1250
- Leadership: Senior Leadership Requirements through the House System. Jack Twellman, x1262
- Tuition/Fees: Due by April 20 to business office – Lisa Hermannes, x1166
- Laptop turned in to the LRC for final maintenance after last exam – Micah Marshall, x2139
- Athletic uniforms & equipment returned to coaches – Tom Fernandez, x1149
- Required events: The following events are mandatory for our seniors to attend. Graduation Practice, Senior Class Day, Baccalaureate and Graduation. Senior Lock-in is optional.
Scholarship/Award Worksheet (Mandatory) - Due Wednesday, April 16
A request for info for the Scholarship and Awards section of the Graduation program has been sent via the weekly CCP Parent Update email.
- The graduation program will list any scholarship and award that has been offered to students from all colleges to which your son was admitted and from any outside organizations that awarded him a scholarship or recognition.
- Official documentation is required.
- Input information HERE to be included in the graduation program.
- Submissions are due by Wednesday, April 16.

Senior Mom Prom - Thursday, April 24, 6:00 p.m. - Frontenac Hilton
- Invitation was sent via CCP Parent Update email - $75 per person - RSVP

Junior/Senior Prom - Saturday, May 3, 7:30 p.m.
- The Planetarium at the St. Louis Science Center, 5100 Clayton Ave. 63110
- Invitation was sent via CCP Parent Update email - $170 per couple - in the Spirit Store (cash or check only) by Tuesday, April 22@ 315pm or pay with credit card here (a $5 fee will be added) by Tuesday, April 22 by 11:59pm. Students will not be able to attend if they do not pay by this deadline.
- Chaminade juniors and seniors are invited to attend. CCP students attending are required to bring a guest (not another Chaminade student).

Laptop Drop Off (Mandatory) by Friday, May 9* / Pick Up - Wednesday, May 14
- Seniors are required to back up their laptops to an external source prior to dropping off laptop to the LRC for hard drive replacement and warranty repairs.
- Laptops should be turned in after last scheduled exam. LRC team members will be available in the Atrium on May 9 or students can go to the LRC office.
- *If a student has an AP exam or makeup exam after May 9, please email Mr. Lee Tilley so that he knows when laptop will be turned in.
- Laptop pre-check will be available April 23-25 in the Atrium during lunch. Pre-checking your laptop will guarantee getting your laptop returned on Senior Class Day.
- Transcripts will be held and grade reports blocked until the laptop has been turned in.
- Hard drive will be replaced and all warranty repairs performed. After maintenance, students will be able to access Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canvas, Google Drive and OneDrive.
- Seniors can pick up their restored laptops on Senior Class Day, Wednesday, May 14 and no later than June 25, or they will be donated.
- Please email Mr. Lee Tilley if you would like to donate your laptop.
- Seniors will still have access to Chaminade Email, Microsoft Office and Google accounts until September 30, 2025.

Graduation Practice (Mandatory) - Tuesday, May 13 - 8:30 a.m.
- Students are expected to attend.
- Students meet in the Skip lobby no later than 8:20 a.m.
- Bring laptop with you if you have not already turned in to the LRC.
- Practice will last approximately an hour and a half.
- Dress code casual - Seniors are asked to wear college t-shirt or sweatshirt representing their school of choice.
Senior Class Day (Senior Award Ceremony) (Mandatory) - Wednesday, May 14 - 9:15 a.m.
- Seniors are expected to attend Senior Class Day. The entire underclassmen student body 9th-11th) will also attend.
- Seniors report to Juergens Hall no later than 8:45 a.m. to pick up caps, gowns, house & honors cords and will line up for Senior Class Day procession to the Skip.
- Dress Code includes white dress shirt, tie, dress pants, belt, dress socks and dress shoes and will be strictly enforced. Seniors must be clean-shaven; mustaches and beards are not permitted. This will also serve as a graduation dress rehearsal. Sports coats are NOT needed - they will not be work under the graduation gown.
- Award presentation begins at 9:15 a.m in the Skip Auditorium. Ceremony will last about an hour.
- Caps, gowns and cords are to be taken home. Please iron or steam gowns prior to graduation.
- Parents may attend but invitations will not be sent. Questions about awards and recipients may be directed to Karen Einig.
Baccalaureate (Mandatory) Skip Viragh Center - Friday, May 16, 6:30 p.m.
- Seniors are expected to attend even if parents are not able to
- Refreshments immediately following the Mass.
- Coat & Tie (dress shirt, tie, dress pants, belt, dress socks and dress shoes)
