Chaminade high school students have an exciting opportunity to visit China in the summer of 2026. Participating students will explore all that the country has to offer: local guides in multiple cities, participate in cultural events, and experience historical locations. Parents of traveling students are eligible to join the group. 

The cost of the trip will cover airfare, admissions fees, in-country transportation costs, and food. The group will spend several days exploring the Chinese capital of Beijing, the terracotta warriors of Xi’an, and the modern metropolis of Shanghai.  You will need to bring spending money for souvenirs and other incidental costs. 

Before departure in May/June, we will meet with the students several times to discuss itinerary, travel safety, and other important information. These meetings will start in January. A parent meeting will be held in April to discuss logistics and behavioral expectations. This meeting must be attended by at least one parent.
